Hi I'm Laura. the cake maker behind Cake My Fancy. With over 12 years experiences as a qualified food teacher, I've spent my career inspiring creativity in both children and adults through food and baking.

My passion for creative beautiful and delicious cakes led me to establish my own home based cake studio in Portchester where I design and create bespoke cakes for wedding, birthdays and all of life's special occasions.
